SSRS Intgration with SharePoint

I am hoping someone can help answer a question. We have Sharepoint 2010 and are in the process of integrating with SSRS. We have one WFE and one App Server. The app server runs central administration only. Am I required to install and configure the SQL Reporting services on this server as well?  Any info would be appreciated.

I know that the rsSharepoint.msi is installed what i don't know is if i am required to run the SQL setup on the App Server as well.
