We are currently using SharePoint Fast with SharePoint 2010 and we have many satellite office file servers that we crawl and index. The crawl schedule works but the problem is the crawls can take a very long time to complete. When this happens it impacts network performance during the day.
For instance, we have the crawl set to like 1 AM but sometimes it goes till 10 AM and then we have slowness. My question is, is there a way to limit when the crawl happens like between such and such time otherwise pause?
