My site cleanup job doesn't delete old users

Hi,

I have followed number of suggestions from the search as well as google but none seem to have worked.  I've created my site so that cleanup job would appear.  I've run full sync 3 times as well as the cleanup job but the old AD users still appear within SharePoint when doing a look up.  Those users obviously don't exist on AD anymore. 

Any ideas please?
