Unable to reach site after moving from one content database to another. get error Server error: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink?LinkID=177673

I just moved a site on SharePoint 2010 SP 1 from one content database to another and get the following error:

Server error: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink?LinkID=177673

I have done an iisreset after moving the site over. Nothing in the ULS logs. Please help.
