One of my user has an issue that after she logged in her AD into sharepoint successfully for a while(Less than a minute), and the next thing she clicked on a site, she got prompt for username and password. Apparently, her AD account got lockout.
She does not have email in her smartphone. Her PC's profile has been recreated but to no avail. The credential manager in her PC is empty. She tried logging in her account in another PC successfully but still got lockout after a while.
what else caused this to happen?
