Immediate Alerts Timer Job no longer works

We are no longer receiving alerts in our Sharepoint 2010 Foundations Environment: 

I found the attached directions and I am struggling with a few things. My answers are in red on the image... I think that it's possible that it was running on the server that fell out of the environment, but How do i get it to run on the server that is still functioning. The timer service is running on lzbv6097 and there are jobs ending successfully but this one is not running at all and has not since May 3rd. 

Really would appreciate any help..
