RE: Sharepoint 2010, Error on Global Navigation

Hi,

We currently have Sharepoint 2010 (SP1) installed with the February 2013 CU installed.

When using publishing sites we receive an error on certain site collections when either pages are created, approved, or the navigation is updated.

The error appearing in the logs is:

"Unexpected query execution failure in navigation query..."

Apparently the fix is to install the latest Apil 2013 CU, but it does not indicate that the CU fixes the issue above.

If anyone hae encountered this issue or has any advice let me know.
