Can't stop logging

Hi,

I can not stop SharePoint to write logs like 3mb/sec to log path. 

I turned verbose logging off, I tried to stop logging from powershell and commands completed succesfully,

I restarted the sharepoint tracing  services on WFE's. 

What might it be the prob ?
