get virtual server policy failed in SharePoint Search

Hi,

i have getting Error on my SharePont server 2010 - Search / Indexing  WFE Server 

1 : GetVirtualServerPolicy fail. error 2147749243, strStsUrl http://...  

2 : This item could not be crawled because the repository did not respond within the specified timeout period. Try to crawl the repository at a later time, or increase the timeout value on the Proxy and Timeout page in search administration. You might also want to crawl this repository during off-peak usage times.

Note. Sharepoint 2010 SP1+ CU12 my version
