Issue in Using Content Type Hub

Hello All,

I have set up content type hub in sharepoint 2010 with Managed Metadata service application by following the below blogs:

I have published the content types to the hub. I publish the the content type from hub to a different site collection i.e subscriber. But I get this error from ContentTypeSyncLog as

"Content type 'XYZ" cannot be published to this site because feature 'ABC' is not enabled."

The feature ABC is a solution which is programmed to provision the content types in any site collection. This feature is  deactived. But even then the content type hub publishing does not push the content  types onto the desired site collectrion.

This is a high priority task to be solved. Please anyone let me know thier ideas what could be wrong.
