BCS in WSS 3.0

Hi All,

I m new to sp 2010, can any one help to with the below query ?

I ve WSS 3.0 configured for TFS 2012.

For adding webparts and all i found that Business data folder is missing.I found how to enable bcs from the below blog unfortunately their was no such service running is my machine.

can any one suggest me, how to use bcs in wss 3.0 ?

I got an info that it comes along wit standard edition of sp 2010.as am using TFS 2012 VPC i cant install sp 2010 and reconfigure.

Any inputs are appreciated ..
