I want to learn SharePoint 2010 Administration

I am a novice SharePoint 2010 user. We want to deploy it into our organization. For that I am seeking for video training from Administration and deployment point of view. I watched many video trainings, but knowledge delivered by  lynda.com in simple,to the point and in very logical way with practical examples.

Please guide me for that type of freeware training.
