how to move SharePoint Web Application from SharePoint Server 2010(14.0.6029.1000) to Another Server(14.0.4762.1000)

Hi,

I have a Server with version 14.0.6029.1000 and now i am trying to move web application to another SharePoint server, which having different version 14.0.4762.1000. I am getting error like "Your back up is from a different version .... etc".

Can any one suggest me how to move the Web application to different Server.
