Share Point 2010 and Kerberos issues

We have set up Share Point 2010 on a local servers system in house server for these purposes

  • Analyst services
  • Power Pivot
  • Performance Point

This system will connect to our Share Point in the cloud and we need Kerberos to make this connection for user rights.  We are setup with a three server environment

  • SQL server (all Share Point databases, and Reporting services databases)
  • 2 Share Point severs (load balanced server farm)
    • Analyst services
    • Power Pivot
    • Performance Point
    • Reporting Services
    • Application and Web portal to Share Point

I used the Microsoft document “identity delegation for performance point services (Share Point 2010)”

I have all the correct service accounts created and the SPN’s in with no duplicates in AD.

When I run the Dashboard Designer, and do a test connection with the unattended service account everything works.  When I do the same test with the peruser setting I get this message(This action cannot complete because PerformancePoint Services is not configured correctly.  Additional details have been logged for your administrator)

I have gone over all the setting and they are correct.  How can I test to see what is wrong or get better error message to help narrow down the problem?  I feel like I’m chasing my tail.
