User Profile Service Export to AD not working with all fields

Hi,

I have SP 2010 installed with Service Pack 1 an CU July 2012  version 14.0.6123.5000.

I have configured UPS Synchronization, and some of the fields are configured
to do Export to AD.

For example “Mobile Phone” is exported to property “mobile” in AD, and it works.

But I have few fields “Job Title” and “Manager” that are not working. Initially
those fields were set to do Import, but I deleted the connection, and make it
to do Export.

The first time I did Full sync, all the values in the Job title and
Manager fields in AD was deleted, but where newer populated with the values
from UPS.

I know that the permission’s for the sync account is good, because the export of others
properties (mobile phone, home phone..) is working.

The only thing that I can see is that “Job Title” uses Term Set as additional
option.

I am using “FF Synchronization Manager” to monitor the sync, and I can’t see that
fields Job title and Manager are showing in Export sections.

Does anyone have an idea what it could be?
