Migrating a site to SharePoint 2010 containing only lists and users

Hi,

I've a Moss 2007 site having only lists and, of course, users. No document libraries. So is it possible to migrate successfully to SharePoint 2010 following a "native" method or however is it better to adopt a third-party solution (fe Metalogix)?
