Import into Sharepoint including the attributes into a predefined bib

Dear all,

I have a bulk of files and a even greater amount of attributes which have to be modified in a given csv file.

I want to use the Powershell therefore I can import the files using the import facility Import-SPWeb, but how can I update the attributes, I only have the filename in the line of the csv file.
