Hello,
We are not currently using My Sites. We have a web application set aside for my sites but that's all. On our main intranet, if somone searches for a user they get the option to either "Add as a colleague" or to "Browse in organizational chart". If you click on either of these, the following error pops up "Could not load user profile" and you can see that it is trying to access the My Sites web application.
I would like it so that users do not even see the option of "Add as a colleague" or "Browse in organizational chart". Is there a way for me to turn this off?
