delete Orphand user from site collection

Hello,

i figured out that there is a orphaned user in the site collection. I ran query againt content database (User info table) and got this info. Now Question is - how do i delete it in Microsoft supported manner? Is there a way to get rid of this using powershell? I would prefer powershell if anyone can help me with this.
