"Error 503 - Service Unavailable" after removing Exchange Server 2010

I had Exchange 2010 running on the Windows SBS 2011 and SharePoint 2010 on the same box, Exchange wasn't actually "correctly" installed there but everything was fine so one day I had to remove the Exchange and after its removal my SharePoint 2010 lost its functionality, not everything when I try to access any of the websites from my SharePoint I can see the error "503" and after spending hours troubleshooting this issue I found the appilcation pools changing their status from "Running" to "Stopped".

I tried several fixes, I tried to follow some tips like fixing the account passwords using the SharePoint Poweshell using the commands to repair the password through the farm, later I tried to input the password into the application pools manually, I even ran into several IISReset combinations and some other weird attempts with different commands but no sucess so far!

At this point I have my sharepoint "functional" but not "browsable", which means, you can use all the SharePoint PowerShell and even trying to rebuild the configuration usign the Setup Wizard form the installation but the problem is on the IIS which keeps preventing my web sites of opening, for every attempt the application pools are always set to Stopped even after recyclccing or manually restarting them to "Start"

I read the problem was really the Exchange which probably damaged the IIS, if it is true what should I do right now?
