Moving Sharepoint 2010 database files to SAN storage

HI All

In my SharePoint 2010 production environment, there are two servers - one is WFE and another is Database server. In database server, all the databases are on physical drive, nowwe want to move all database files (ldf/mdf of content db, config db and all service application db) on SAN storage on same database server.

Please let me know below thing -

1. Steps to performs this activity.

2. what could be its impact/issue on sharepoint site/ service applications.

3. Any article related to this activity.
