Port Conflict

I have installed SBS 2011 Standard.  I setup Exchange Server first and then Sharepoint.  Both were trying to use port 80.  I did a google look up of ports and saw port 9001 for sharepoint.  I tried to change this in IIS, but it still stops Exchange.  What is a recommendation to fix this problem?
