No Data Reports In Web Analytics

Hello SharePoint Fam,

My Web Analytics reports have been running fine for almost a year now.  I just realized that since 8/24 no data has been coming in for web anaytics reports.  8/23 I did perform June 2013 CU & SP2.  I have looked at event logs and see no errors at all, have went into CA and confirmed that all services are started and not stopped anywhere and confirmed data collection is enabled.  One thing that I did notice is that there are alot of files in the SharePoint Usage folder shown below.  Could it be that some job is not importing correctly to the Web Analytics DB somehow?  Thanks n advance
