Exception while creating Web Application : Failed to call GetTypes on assembly Microsoft.Office.InfoPath.Server

Hi 

We have a server with SP 2010 and MS Office 2013 including InfoPath due to some development. Getting issue while trying to create a site- 

Reason: Failed to call GetTypes on assembly Microsoft.Office.InfoPath.Server, Version=14.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c. Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Office.InfoPath, Version=15.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c' or one of its dependencies.

Installed chart controls and still facing issue. When i removed InfoPath SharePoint working properly. But i need both SP 2010 and Office 2013 for development.
