Not able to join the server to SharePoint 2010 farm

Getting the attached error while joining the server to the SharePoint 2010 Production farm. Please help.

Version of the farm is up to SP1+ August 2012 CU. I have installed the binaries of SP1 and Aug 12 CU then started running config wizard in the server to join into the farm and getting the error.
