Has anyone experienced this? I can't find anything on the web.
We just upgraded from MOSS to SharePoint 2010. Our site collection consists of thousands of subsites using the same workspace template. My subsite all contain a library called Reports, which has Versioning enabled. The home page of each subsite has a web part for Reports where I can see the document menu for uploaded documents. In MOSS, I can view the version history on the document menu for an item in that library via the home page web part. But when I convert those sites to 2010, the Version history option disappears from the document menu. BUT, it is only missing when viewing a document in the web part on the home page. If I open the library (//server/project/Reports/Forms/All%20by%20Group.aspx), the document menu then shows Version history. This is very strange.
