No Permission to FARM administrator after tried installation of SharePoint Learning Kit

Hi 

I tried installing SharePoint Learning kit on SharePoint Foundation 2010. 

It failed. After this experiment, there is no permissions for the FARM admin. 

All the FARM admin Permissions are lost. 

If I login as FARM admin, I can not see anything with Site Settings

Need some help on this.
