The expected version of the product was not found on the system

i get this message when i try to update shaepoint 2010 Dec 2012 Cumulative Update

in to my sharepoint 2010 server , its already has build version :14.0.6106.5002

its a SharePoint Server 2010 cumulative  update refresh package june 30 2011
