Document Set problems

Hi

When I create a data set all is fine. I go into the data set once I save my info and I see the proper data set structure. However when I go back into my library the document set now has a folder icon and when clicked it acts and behaves as a folder instead of a document set. I have exhausted all options and checked all my views.I have attached an image if that helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
