Backing up and Restoring Sharepoint 2010 pages,etc

Hi,

We are using Appassure backup software to backup our SharePoint servers ( 2010 and 2007).  We are not sure this is the best tool for SharePoint. I would like to know if there is a better tool out there we could use.  What do most people use ?
