Content Database Status Error in SharePoint 2010 Central Administration

Hi,

I am having a new problem with SharePoint 2010 on Windows Server 2008 R2. I have SQL Server 2008 R2 as SharePoint Database on Windows Server 2008 R2. I have total no. ofSevenContent Databases for one Web Application. I foundtwo of my Content Databases showing Error under theDatabase Status column in Manage Content Database section inCentral Administration. Five Content Databases are showingStarted.

Would someone please guide how to resolve it and whats wrong is going on?
