how to setup share point on my machine and start development

I am totally new to sharepoint . I have a VS 2010 installed on my machine i5 4 gb RAM .

I know only asp.net.

Can you please tel us how to set up sharepoint in my machine.

How to develop sharepoint apps using the asp.net and vs 2010.
