Missing Site Content Types and Site Columns

Hi all,

this is the same problem I already posted a couple of months ago, but didn't recieve any valuable feedback.

The problem is always the same: all standard Sharepoint Content Types as well as Site Columns suddenly disappear at Site Collection level. Only those sub-sites, having the ctypes inheritance broken have the Content Types and Site Columns available. All others not. I didn't find out the root cause so far.

The only workaround I found is to export all websites re-create the Site Collection and re-import the websites. But in the meantime I have around 20 Site Collections affected by this problem.

It looks like that the ctypes are still there, but not available anymore.

Does anyone know a solution to fix the problem.

I'm running Sharepoint Foundation 2010 on a Multi-Tier Server Farm.
