I have deleted my SharedWebDb on SBS 2011 I have no backup. How can i get it back

I have messed up big time.

I Had been trying to migrate from SBS 2003 to SBS 2011.

Unfortunately I somehow managed to get the instructions mixed up and followed the ones for migrating from SBS 2008 instead. As a result I have deleted the SharedWebDb on the SBS 2011 and have no backup. What are my options.

Is there somewhere I can download a clean version. If stuck Can I use a backup of a Working SharedWebDb from an other SBS 2011 on a different domain? is that even possible?

I really don't want to have to revert to a pre migration backup off SBS 2003 and a fresh install of SBS 2011
