Multiple upload/Windows Explorer is disabled or not available

Hello

I have an 64 bit standalone server (windows server 2012/SP2010 Enter./SQL Server 2012). Whenever I run any SP2010 site and document library, MUltiple upload/windows explorer options are disablde or link is not available.  I have not installed any MS Office products or SP Designer. Please let me know how can I enable this options on the server, beausse when I run same site from another environment, these options are available.
