Edit document in library its already updated in another library in same farm or same site

Hi All,

i have one scenario, i have to document library in same site and i have one file in my desktop. i need to upload this file in library 1 and library 2. but i want if i edit this file or document in library 1 it is automatically updated in library 2.

i have quite knowledge about manage copies and send to option but i couldn't resolve it..

so please let me know how to create shortcut of a one file and use in multiple libraries. and also please give any other alternative to do so.

its my high priority requirements please reply ASAP.
