Error during "Deploy a Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Server Farm in the AWS Cloud in 6 Simple Steps"

Has anyone gone through this successfully? I'm getting errors in step 2, Launching the Network/AD stack, which are causing rollbacks and deletion of the Stack.

1. API: ec2:RunInstances Not authorized for images: [ami-7f236a16]
2. The following resource(s) failed to create: [PrivateRoute2, NAT2EIP, DomainController]. . Rollback requested by user.
