IIS Stops After Installing SharePoint Solution?

Hello SharePoint Fam,

Recently on the last 3-4 SharePoint solution installs IIS is completely stopping and I am having to manually start it back up.  This has never happened in the past at all.  Is there a configuration I need to look into or app pool config I need to change to stop this from happening?
