Cannot import '' Web Part error is displayed after migration to SharePoint Foundation 2010 when a site is created from a site template

Hi,

I recently migrated to SharePoint Foundation 2010. Now when I create a site template and create from it a new site, all custom web part displaying "Cannot import '' Web Part." On the original sites, webparts work. Thanks for a suggestion.
