SharePoint 2010 Foundation update - 14.0.5138.5000 to 14.0.6137.5000

Hi there,

We are still running SharePoint 2010 Foundation version 14.0.5138.5000

and we want to update to latest version 14.0.6137.5000

We are preparing our Test Enviornment to run the updates first.

Do I need to run one by one or just the latest?

They asked me to estimate this task and am thinking about 20 hours. Do you think is a realistic time?
