Email address wrong in alert subscription page

Hi

One of our users can't subscribe to alerts from a list because his email address is wrong. His address in the subscription page is "<name>@ssi.d" and it should be "<name>@ssi.dk".

In the User Profile service application, the email address is correct. I have tried to edit the email address and save his profile, but it doesn't Work.

Any suggestions?
