Migration User Profile and Manage Meta Data Service Application

We must move the User Profile Service and Manage Metadata Service Application to a new SP2010 Farm.

Are there any best practices at community for us, blogs or good links.

I didn't found so much to this topic.

About any help, I am very lucky.
