SharePoint 2012 SP2 update failed...or did it?

Hello all,

So I started the install process on our SharePoint 2010 SP1 Development servers last night.  I installed SP2 on the Application and DB servers (two tier farm).  The install seemed like it was going okay although I kept getting a timer debug message.  It did finally complete and I was going through the product config wizard and it completed all the way through with a failed message at the end.  I then went in to check in central admin and noticed that most of the components showed a SP2 level but not all...as seen below:

So obviously there is something wrong.  When I try to re-run SP2 it states that it doesn't need to be applied.  No idea of where to go next on this one...

Any help would be appreciated!
