SharePoint calendars subtract 1 hour from the end time for Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly reccuring meetings

My issue happens only when I create an event that is recurring on a weekly basis.

For Example... If the Start time is 12 PM and End Time is 1PM.  After I click save the Series is changed and SharePoint is subtracting 1 hour from the End Time and the End Time Only.

At First I thought it might be something to do with Daylight Savings Time setting but if that were true it would change not only the End time but the Start time as well.  This is not the case.  It is only Changing the End Time.

If I create another Meeting with the Start Time of 10 AM and End Time as 12 PM, SharePoint Changes the End Time to 11 AM.  The Start Time remains 10 AM but it seems that SharePoint is only subtracting 1 hour and only from the end time.

I am currently running Build 14.0.7110.5000 on Multiple Farms and they all have this issue.  I only have one Farm that has not been updated to this patch and it does not have this issue.

So I am unsure if this is related to me loading this patch and if so is there a patch that will fix this issue?
