Image URL path not correct on Page

I have successfully setup the Synchronisation service and added the photos into the Sharepoint Site Collection and all images are visible in the User Photos folder.  However, on the site the images are not appearing and when you select the properties it shows as http://sharepoint/mysitecollectionUser%20Photos/Profile%20Pictures.  As you can see it is missing a forward slash after mysitecollection http://sharepoint/mysitecollection/User%20Photos/Profile%20Pictures.  If I copy the URL and add the forward slash the picture appears so it is data from sharepoint that is incorrect and I do not know where this is stored.

Any help would be appreciated.
