Converting the webapp from classic windows-auth to claims-based mixed windows and forms

Hi everyone,

I have converted the webapp from classic windows-auth to claims-based mixed-auth "windows and forms" the forms configured with active directory. After that the portal become so slow.

I tried converting it back to classic windows-auth then its speed back as before.

So, what can I do to solve this?
