TFS 2010 and Shared Documents Library from a team site

Hi all

 we face a situation when using TFS 2010 with Shared Document Library in SharePoint 2010.

TFS is used by Visual Studio users and when a user has several projects he has to go back and forth from one project to another to check the Shared Documents. This means usually a continuous and painful switch between Visual Studio and a browser with the other project's Shared Documents(each project is using a different site collection )

Basically, we want to know if its possible to list in one project Shared Documents links to other sites' Shared Documents so that they are somehow visible especially in Visual Studio.

I know and i used the link object, which works to point to a different Shared Documents but it works only in  a browser. In Visual Studio that link is seen as an aspx file and is opened as a source code ... :-)
