Cannot open database "UPA Profile DB" requested by the login. The login failed for user domain\farmadmin

Hi Everyone,

I got the following SCOM alert after I removed second User Profile Service Application--which was experiencing an error that says User Profile Service currently not provisioned.

Event ID: 3760

Event Description: SQL Database 'UPA Profile DB' on SQL Server instance 'xxxsql' not found. Additional error information from SQL Server is included below.

Cannot open database "UPA Profile DB" requested by the login. The login failed.

Login failed for user 'domain\spfarmadmin'.

Please advice and help.
