I am facing a strange problem with Content Editor Web Part.
1. CEWP is added to a page.
2. Simple HTML is placed under \14\TEMPLATE\LAYOUTS\1033\STYLES.
3. The above HTML is referred from CEWP (\_layouts\1033\STYLES\my.html)
4. Page is saved. CEWP displays the content perfect.
5. I do IIS RESET.
6. Refresh/access the page where CEWP resides.
7. CEWP throws a message "The Web Part has timed out".
8. I wait for 5 mins and again access the above page. It displays perfectly.
What I noticed is that, when IISRESET happens, CEWP shows error message. Even if I access the page 5 mins after IISRESET, for the first time it shows error message, and for the consecutive access, it displays the page without any error.
Some more info captured from Developer Dashboard:
