User Profile is not showing update information in Title field

Hi,

i have a user named ABC and his Title is Assistant and after few days the title was changed from assistant to director. while selecting the user from select people and groups dialog box, there it is showing old value (Assistant).

I have performed full synchronization of user profile but Title is not getting updated. If we verify the user profile properties in Central Administration, there it is showing correct information, but in select people and groups dialog box, it is showing old information.
